RFP #: SPRTA1-21-R-0139 PR#:� FD2030-21-02012 Nomenclature/Noun: HOUSING,ANTIFRICTIO NSN: 2840-01-182-9753 PN PN: 301-297-810-0 Application (Engine): F108 AMC: 3Z History:� CFMI, 11 Feb 2021 Description: Dimensions:� Length 12 in, Width 12 in, Height 6 in, Weight 5 lbs.� Material: M152 Hy Nickel alloyl.� Function: Provides sealing for stationary oil seal and support for #1 to the fan shaft. 11. This item is a potential candidate for CFMI BOA SPE4A1-20-G-0002. 12.� Best Estimated Quantity: 11, Quantity Range: 11 to 108 Requested delivery scheduled:� 31 Dec 2021 ����������� ���� Ship To for Production Units: SW3211 13. Qualification Requirements are not applicable 14. Export Control is applicable Mandatory Language:� Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.� No telephone requests.� Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable.�� The purposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and compete with only a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. �Currently CFM, International (CAGE Code 58828) is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Since CFM, International is currently the only approved source a letter request for proposal will be posted.� Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
