- N00164-21-R-GP69 � TR-343 TRANSDUCER CERAMIC ELEMENTS � PSC 5845 � NAICS � 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 17 March 2021 � Anticipated Closing Date 16 April 2021 � 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the manufacture of TR-343 Transducer Ceramic Stack Assemblies (CSA), Part Number 77C719940G 1, for the TR-343 Transducer, AN/SQS-53C Hull Mounted Sonar Array Subsystem, AN/SQQ-89(V) Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) System. The TR-343 Sonar Transducer is used in the cognizance of PMS4013, Hull Sensor Systems, with NSWC Crane Division. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1. �Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane Division, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN� 47522. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The solicitation is not yet available. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx . The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 17 March 2021 and is expected to close on or about 16 April 2021. It is anticipated that it is a 5-year Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded.� Once the solicitation is available, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
