- Description
- The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for procurement of a Microsoft EES Desktop Bundle for 1,970 full-time equivalent employees and 2,070 Knowledge Workers, including an Enterprise Server Platform campus license and Enterprise CALs in support of 1,970 full-time equivalent employees, 2,070 Knowledge workers, and 4,490 full-time students utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Bell Techlogix. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This notice of intent is not a request for quotation.� No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.� As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns.� The activity�s small business office concurred with this determination.� The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 511210. The size standard is $41.5 Million.� Anticipated award date is no later than 15 July 2021. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on 8 July 2021, which will be considered by the agency.
