- Sources Sought Fort Bragg / Pope Army Airfield Pool Services The U.S. Government is looking for non-personnel services contract to provide all cleaning and chemicals for the Ft. Bragg / Pope AAF Aquatics Training Center. This is a new facility with no incumbent contractor or known source. The Government requires daily, weekly and monthly services in accordance with Air Force Manual 48-114 Recreational Waters and Mission Training Pools. The services required are primarily under Chapter 5 � Mission Training Pools. The Government requires a contractor to provide these routine and regular (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) services required to maintain a military training pool. The current Government�s understanding is that this requires a commercial pool license. If this is incorrect, please contact the Point of Contact for this notice. The contractor shall also provide all materials and chemicals to provide the services. The Government would consider a �Materials� line item on the potential contract for all testing, materials and chemicals costs. � The Point of Contact for this effort is Capt.
