- Notice of Intent for Isotec Portals The U.S. Secret Service is specifically intending to acquire preventative maintenance on Isotec Model No. 02PM Security Portal Systems.� Preventive and routine maintenance is to be completed during the normal operating hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday each month. Emergency service is service that is other than normal preventive or routine maintenance either during or outside the normal operating hours. The Contactor must be certified in servicing the above referenced Isotec models. The Contractor must be able to procure spare parts for these portal systems at the cost most advantageous to the government. The service provider shall have the capability of providing a 24-hr response time to all service calls after notification.� Any service call that requires work outside of normal operating hours is considered emergency service calls. This task will allow the U.S. Secret Service to acquire preventative and routine maintenance on the Isotec Model No. 02PM Security Portal Systems. The identified contractor, Advent Automation Incorporated, will provide the U.S. Secret Service, the following commercial service preventative and routine maintenance on the Isotec Model No. 02PM Security Portal Systems. The contractor must be certified in servicing the above referenced Isotec models. The Contractor must be able to procure spare parts for these portal systems at the cost most advantageous to the government. The service provider shall have the capability of providing a 24-hr response time to all service calls after notification.� Any service call that requires work outside of normal operating hours is considered emergency service calls. For emergency services, contractor personnel shall provide a telephonic response within one (1) hour after notification.� In addition, a written report of the problem, corrective action, man-hours, and materials used will be submitted at the time of repair.� The expected work is to be delivered within 1 year after the contract is awarded.
