Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. All work is to be completed in accordance with statement of work and schedule. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Medtronic USA, Inc., 8200 Coral Sea Street, Mounds View, MN 55112 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 500. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). All information submitted for Contracting s review shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
