- This is a draft solicitation for vendor review.� This is a MATOC and will be replacing all CWN and EU contracts for the USFS.� Please note the changes in the evaluation process and specification changes identified in section B.� Please offer any and all comments to the Contracting Officer via email.� Also note the clauses are not current, however represent what to expect and will be updated before final release.� Pricing has two representative charts.� The first is for your CWN, the second will be for Task Orders that will be up to a total of one base year and four options.� The pricing schedule will be included in the final release.� The current pricing schedule shown is incomplete and only there to give an example of what to expect.
