Description: US Army Contracting Command � Rock Island, Munitions and Industrial Base Division � CCRI-AE �� 1. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for Environmental Engineering Services in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal Risk Management-Regulatory Affairs Directorate (PBA-RMRA), in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 001 �EES � PWS 06 July 2021�. 3. Solicitation W52P1J-21-R-3109 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ), total set aside for Small Business, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b)(1) and IAW the terms and conditions listed below under the heading �Contract Terms and Provisions�.� This combined synopsis/solicitation is being released IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The Government Anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract with a transition period, a nine month base period and four 1-year option periods, as follows: Period of Performance: Transition Period:� 01 Sep 2021 � 30 Nov 2021 Base Period: �� 01 Dec 2021 � 30 Aug 2022 Option Period 01: 01 Sep 2022 � 31 Aug 2023 Option Period 02: 01 Sep 2023 � 31 Aug 2024 Option Period 03: 01 Sep 2024 � 31 Aug 2025 Option Period 04: 01 Sep 2025 � 31 Aug 2026 4. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 541620 Size Standard: $16,500,000.00. 5.
