Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific, NOAA Ships Rainier and Fairweather require the purchase of cockpit windows and spares. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-21-01347 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) This requisition is set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332321, Metal Window and Door Manufacturing the small business size standard is 750 Employees.
