- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is for market survey only; therefore; solicitation copy requests will not be provided. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. This is not a solicitation for quotes, but a solicitation may be issued at a later date. No reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the Sources Sought or any follow-up information request. The United States Air Force, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities, and market conditions for the acquisition of GENERATOR PARALLEL SWITCHGEAR UPGRADE. Any vendor feedback/questions are encouraged, however direct responses may not be provided at this time. All responses must include the following information; Must include all information. Must be able to meet the requirement of the attached Performance Work Statement. The North American Industry Classification System is 335313 - Generator control, switchgear-type All submittals received will be reviewed for informational purposes. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this Sources Sought synopsis. Responses are to be emailed to Christopher Raney (christopher.raney@us.af.mil) and Donna Doss (donna.doss.1@us.af.mil). Negative responses are not required or requested. Capable and interested sources must respond to this sources sought no later than 1200, Arizona Local Time, on 16 July 2021.
