- This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the Retrofit Kits established for the 150 kW 400 Hz Generator Sets and Power Distribution Units (PDUs) P/O the EPP III used with the PATRIOT Missile Defense System, NSNs: 6115-01-691-9801, PN:540.01.0226 CAGE:1VD61, 6115-01-692-0079, PN:540.01.0227 CAGE:1VD61, and 6115-01-608-5870, PN:535.01.0387 CAGE:1VD61. The EPP III is the main electric power source for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System and the retrofit kits have been established for the obsolescence of electronic components within the 150 kW Generator Set control cabinet and PDU. This acquisition is for a five-year IDIQ of up to 155 each 150 kW Generator Set Retrofit Kits, NSN: 6115-01-691-9801, PN: 540.01.0226 and up to 75 each PDU Retrofit Kits, NSN: 6115-01-692-0079, PN: 540.01.0227. There is no current source for these kits since these are newly established kits but the Original Equipment Manufacturer who developed the kits is VINCORION JENOPTIK Advanced Systems, LLC, CAGE: 1VD61 (formerly JENOPTIK Advanced Systems, LLC). Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these kits is not available from the Army. Kit content listings are available upon request. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate, by writing to Scott Mahoney at scott.h.mahoney4.civ@mail.mil. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts.� The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the supplier listed above. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
