- Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541360 Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services and associated size standard $16.5 million annually apply. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, California Water Science Center, seeks a company that can provide an unmanned aircraft system with an L-band radiometer sensor to the study location to produce fine scale raster�s covering the study area as described in the solicitation�s Statement of Work. Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov.
