Description
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 1. The Government has a requirement for upgrading its video walls in the plenaries of buildings 105 and 106 at the George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. 2. All equipment to be installed shall be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) certified and compatible within GCMC�s existing Crestron-based environment and conform to the same high standards of operator functionality and characteristics of the current electronic and computer equipment, and configuration layout of the existing conference facilities in GCMC. 3. All work shall be performed at or within the premises of the plenaries in buildings 105 and 106 at the George C. Marshall Center, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The exception is initial functionality testing of the new equipment which may occur outside of the George C. Marshall Center as necessary. Contractor shall comply with German law. 4. HQ084721Q0003 is being�issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (see internet site: https://www.sam.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors (See internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration). 5. Since this requirement is wholly overseas, FAR Part 19 does not apply and no set-asides will be used. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order contract. All work shall be completed as soon as possible but no later than 25 January 2022.
