Description: The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Nuno Limao, 7306 Pyle Rd, Bethesda, MD 20817, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The Commission is looking to procure 200 hours of advisory services. Nuno Lim�o is a Professor of Economics at the University of Maryland. He is a senior scholar with many influential publications in international trade. He is most known for his research on the modeling of trade policy uncertainty.
