Description

The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the US Army DEVCOM Armaments Center � Remote Weapons Branch intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for�6 degree of Freedom Plaftorms�to Moog Inc. The Justification & Approval (J&A) cites Sole Source under the authoriy of the simplified procedusre for certain commercials itmes.� Authority for this procurement comes under 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
