**MODIFICATION***SOLICITATION AMENDMENT N0018921QG103 0001** The purpose of this Amendment is to remove clause FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Deviation 2020-O0008) (Oct 2020) and add clause FAR 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (Deviation 2020-O0008) (Mar 2020) in Full Text. RFQ N0018921QG103 Offer Due Date/Offer Due Time has been extended to Thursday, 15 July 2021 at 12:00 PM, Local Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price a Tent Event Rental Service for Center of Service Support (CSS) Change of Command Ceremony aboard Naval Station Newport, in Newport, RI 02841. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance begins Tuesday, 27 July 2021 to 28 July 2021 from contract award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 532289. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 03 July 2021 at www.SAM.gov. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018921QG103 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.dexter@navy.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
