- IFB SB Set-aside� Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Classification Code Y1PZ � Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities. Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 238140- Masonry Contractors The USPFO for West Virginia intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction. Work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, warranties and supervision necessary to survey site, form and pour a wash rack concrete pad, and install and paint metal railings. This project is located on the Pringle Tract at Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV 26537. All work shall comply with trade standards and all applicable State and Federal codes. The contract duration is 60 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238140, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
