Description

7-8-2021 - Amendment 0002 is hereby added to Solicitation W25G1V21R0014 Exhibit A(1) - Rev 1 Bldg 14 TO RFP dated 08 July 2021.� Question and Answers dated 08 July 2021 are hereby posted.� Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment in their proposal submission. This amendment does not extend the Solicitation close date of 22 July 2021 at 4:00pm EST. 7-7-2021 - Amendment 0001 is hereby added to Solicitation W25G1V21R0014 Exhibit A(3) - Rev 1 Bldg 14 Drawings. Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment in their proposal submission. This amendment does not extend the Solicitation close date of 22 July 2021 4:00pm EST. 7-6-2021 - Attach Bldg 14 Site Visit sign in sheet from 7-1-2021. The solicitation response date of 7-22-2021 at 4:00pm EST is unchanged as a result of this update. Solicitation W25G1V21R0014 is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract, for real property maintenance, alterations and repair of minor construction at the installation level for Tobyhanna Army Depot.�Potential small business concerns should be able to provide basic facility maintenance, repair and minor construction work. Orders will primarily include Construction, Repair and Maintenance projects but may also include projects involving a variety of trades or design-build construction services. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. Estimated magnitude is over $10 Million. NAICS is 236220, Additions, Alterations and Renovations. As detailed in the solicitation, a�site visit will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 1000 for the Bldg 14 Renovation Task Order, details for the TO are attached as Exhibit A. This solicitation closes 22 July 2021 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Proposals must be submitted using DoD SAFE Service, https://safe/apps.mil - details are contained within the solicitation document.
