Description

Project Title: Repair Parking Lot at Facility 56620, CCSFS This project is to provide all materials, labor, and equipment and perform all work required to provide the Government with a complete and useable parking�area, as shown in Technical Specifications and Drawings for DBEH 18-1558, Repair Parking Area, FAC 56620, contract documents. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract for or the Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL, to Repair the�EOD Parking Area, FAC 56620. The Norths American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS CODE): 237310: Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), Magnitude of Construction Projects, the Project DBEH 18-1558, Repair EOD Parking Area, FAC 56620 is anticipated to be between $1,000,000-$5,000,000.00. The duration of this contract will be 180 days from Notice to Proceed. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND�INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Notice to Offeror(s): Certified Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the�right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ***All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until January 15, 2021*** Site visit record of attendance document added to solicitation.
