Description

Replace Research HVAC Systems Construction Services for Project 662-21-105 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the project Replace Research HVAC Systems . The project will be located at VA San Francisco Health Care System, San Francisco campus. This scope includes the replacement of a chiller system and repair services for two air handling units serving Building 41 at the San Francisco campus. The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform demolition, repair, replacement, installation, and commissioning as required by the scope, and technical specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 25, 2021.
