- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is an agency of the Department of Justice (DOJ). The BOP is responsible for the custody and care of approximately 152,000 Federal offenders. It consists of approximately 37,000 employees located at 122 institution sites throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), National Acquisitions Section, Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes for� a total occupational health, safety, and productivity solution for Employee Health Records that can be configured to meet BOP�s Occupational Safety & Health Software (OSH) needs. The goal of this system is to enable the BOP to decrease injury rates and associated lost time while providing a proactive communication and reporting tool for management across the agency. The contractor shall have a minimum of five years of proven, past experiences in this field to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work and be in compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA and DOT standards. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on�around�September 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on�August��31, 2026. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four. The services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The request for quotation will be available on or about July 26, 2021 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s beta.sam.gov.� Hard copies of the quotation will not be available.� The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about August 23, 2021 at�12:30 pm ET.� The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.� All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
