Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide Vehhicle transportation (buses, and van) services in support of DoDEA community in Okinawa. This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors� responses to this Sources Sought. If your firm is interested, fill out and return Attachment 1; �Technical Capability Form,� electronically to mileska.rodriguez@dodea.edu and colleen.pritchard@dodea.edu. Forms will be accepted through 23�July 2021. Vendor�s e-mail message shall state �HE1254-21-R-Okinawa Bus Lease� in the subject line. The e-mail shall contain the vendor�s updated copy of the Attachment 1; �Technical Capability Form,� a statement indicating if the vendor is willing to meet with a DoDEA representative, and a list of possible locations where the vendor is willing and able to meet. Telephone calls regarding this Sources Sought will NOT be accepted.
