Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information) No. 36C24821Q1263 HEMOSPHERE ADVANCE MONITORING PLATFORM This is not a solicitation announcement; this is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size status relative to NAICS Code 339112; Size Standard of 1,000 employees (or other similar related NAICS). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that two or more small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses to this notice are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827, VHA Network 08 Contracting Office is seeking information concerning possible sources to provide the items described below. The goal of this commodity contract is to provide a HEMOSPHERE ADVANCE MONITORING PLATFORM. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is for one-time Firm-Fixed Price award. Alternate equipment may be considered if approved by the VA customer. The Vigileos Hemosphere Advanced Monitoring Platform provides comprehensive view of tissue oximetry and hemodynamics, giving you confidence in knowing that patient has continuous oxygen saturation and adequately perfused. ADDITIONAL & REPLACEMENT: HEMSGAQCX2 1 HEMSGAQCX2 HEMOSPHERE ADVANCE MONITORING PLATFORM WITH SWAN G. MODULE, OX PRESSURE SMART CABLE KIT, HPI, FORE SIGHT AND ACUMEN ANALYTICS. eCMS Item Line ID 19008183 HEMRLSTD 1000 0 2 HEMRLSTD 1000 HEMOSPHERE ROL STAND All interested firms should provide the following information: company size, company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, veteran status (VOSB or SDVOSB), capability statement to perform the services, and a statement describing whether there is a reasonable expectation an offer/quote will be submitted at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to: Fernando G. Defillo, Contracting Specialist at: fernando.defillo@va.gov. Telephone responses are discouraged due to the large number of firms being surveyed under this NAICS Code. Responses must be submitted no later than 15 July 2021 at 3:00 PM eastern standard time. This notice is intended to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management at www.sam.gov. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
