- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the following: The interest and capability of small businesses, particularly service-disabled veteran owned small businesses and veteran owned small businesses, able to meet the requirements listed below. Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 Software Publishers, for the proposed acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking sources to provide MIM Software, or equal, for PET MRI reading at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center located at 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The John D. Dingell VAMC Radiology Department requires software used for reading of images performed under the PET MRI magnet. The PET MRI Magnet is new equipment coming to the Detroit VA on or about July 26th. The Radiologists will need this software to dictate PET MRI images. Software provider will provide yearly updates on the software by making sure equipment is constantly updated and will be capable of providing service repairs whenever there is an issue with the system. MIM Software components required include: MIM Encore Single User, Concurrent License MIM Storage Server License, The Assistant Software License Only MIMneuro Add-On Single User, License added to an existing License SPECTRA Quant, License added to an existing License Camera fee for number of cameras using SPECTRA Quant MIM Implementation Services, includes (as required): Initial workflow customization for up to 30 NM exams Excel worksheet conversion into MIM Initial custom quantitative workflows for NM exams SPECT Recon and/or SPECTRA Quant implementation and customization MIM Installation software installation, DICOM / network connectivity and/or application training Any proposed products other than MIM Software must include features comparable to the following MIM features: Multi-Modality Workstation: Vendor-neutral solution for Nuclear Medicine processing and single and serial exam reviews. Nuclear Medicine Processing: Single vendor solution for Nuclear Medicine processing and reviewing including Gastric Emptying, Gallbladder EF, Renal MAG3, Renal DMSA, Lung Quantification and MUGA exams. MIM Workflows: Customizable, graphical, user interface-based system for automating clinical image processing, display, and research functions. PET Edge: Semi-automatic, gradient-based method for generating accurate lesion volumes on PET scans. Multi-Tool: CT-based linear measurements simultaneously guide PET lesion segmentation and quantification. PET Edge Redefine: Fully automatic PET gradient segmentation method based on lesions copied from a previous time point. LesionlD: Whole body, PET-based auto-segmentation of lesions using unique identifiers for differential uptake. Supports common criteria such as Deauville and PERCIST. Contour CoPilot: Contouring tool that utilizes deformable registration to automatically propagate edits from one slice to the next. MIM Extensions: Develop Java and MATLAB code to run within MIM software for advanced and customized processing of medical imaging data. Session Save: Advanced state saving of existing workspace for future review without needing to reprocess data. Structured Report Builder: User-defined, custom structured report templates. PET/MR: Suite of tools for PET/MR analysis and review with flexible image display, multi-modality and multi-sequence image registration, and segmentation tools for PET and MR.
