- Site-Adapt Construction Requirement Solicitation No. W912ER21R0024 - Aqoura National Training & Operational Center (ANTOC) Lebanon Notes: (a) The Government reserves the right to incorporate the awardee proposal into the contract and distribute the proposal as deemed necessary. Any deviations from the proposal must be approved by the Contracting Officer. (b) The contractor is required to provide all documentation requested in this solicitation to include Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance after contract award and prior to the full Notice to Proceed. (c) A Bank Letter of Guarantee will be required for this acquisition in accordance w ith the guidance at Section 00 73 00 Special Contract Requirements. Please refer to the attached Solicitation Form 1442 - W912ER21R0024, CDC Specifications, CDC Drawings, Cost Breakdown Sheet and Proposal Schedule for further details on submission requirements.�
