- This announcement is a ""SOURCES SOUGHT"" only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought announcement are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing a gastroenterology topography imaging system made up of the Medtronic EndoFlip, ManoScan and Bravo equipment (or equivalent) to the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 5406 El Campo Grande Avenue, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89115. Items will be FOB Destination and should be delivered within 30 days ARO. Vendor must be able to provide documentation showing they are an authorized distributor of the items.
