Description

The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Hoffman Engineering for Night Vision Device Test Sets, PN ANV-126-085. This special notice in in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regular (FAR) Part 6.301-1� only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. Hoffman Engineering is the manufacturer of PN ANV-126-085 and this office has been advised that there are no authorized resellers of this item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314- Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing (size standard: 500 Employees) with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 6650- Optical Instruments, Test Equipment, Components and Accessories. This notice of intent is not a request or quotation nor should it be considered a solicitation for offers and shall be posted for ten (10) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or further information�which shall be considered.
