Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole�source contract to Software One Inc., 20875 Crossroads Cir Ste 1,�Waukesha, WI 53186 for the purchase of Microsoft 365 (M365) EDU A5�Licenses. This award will be accomplished by modifying the existing�contract that Software One currently holds. The North American Industry�Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334614 and the� small business size�standard is 1,250 EMP. Microsoft Educational Enterprise agreements only�allow one reseller to process orders against a M365 enrollment. Unlike�from Federal Government licensing�agreements, Microsoft do not allow licenses from a secondary reseller to be placed against the original�reseller�s M365 portal.
