- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Office � Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award, on a Limiting Competition sole-source basis, a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract to OCLC Inc., for the procurement of Software Subscription to WorldShare Ill, cataloging and metadata and Fedlink at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The sole-source contract will have a base year, from 01 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 and four 12 months option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 519120, Libraries and Archives. The Small Business Administration's size standard is $16.5M. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 1 August 2021. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
