- This is an RFQ�for a qualified contractor to remove, replace and install a condensate tank below ground level at the Phoenix VA Health Care System� The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the required services.� This includes but not limited to the removal and disposal of the Condensate Tank, Tank Platform, Pump, and associated Controls. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.� The solicitation number is 36C25821Q0249. This procurement is for total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-A-Side.� The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to make one award.
