- The 144FW intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-21-Q-0022, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for the service��Drill Lodging August 2021 to February 2022� to support the Fresno Air National Guard Base. 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $35 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The purpose of this requirement consists of contractor to provide lodging to support regularly scheduled drills (RSDs)�and rescheduled drills (RDs)�from August 2021 to February 2022. Multiple vendors may be selected for award. Partial quotes may be considered until the necessary capacity is fulfilled. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 20 July 2021 at 1500 hours (3:00 pm) Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).� All quotes should be sent to both Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at�jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting�inbox at�144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified.� Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is�late�and will not be considered. All offers must list DUNS number/CAGE code, company name, business representative, and phone number. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted via email to the Contracting�inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil. Reference the Notice ID number in the subject line. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered.� Notice to Offerors:�The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� Submitted offers shall be valid for no less than 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Instructions to Offerors:�Offeror shall complete, and include with its submission, the following: Offer SF1449 W50S6T21Q0022. Be sure to complete the following, Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. Signature Blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. Pricing beginning on Page 3. Schedule of Items. Submittal provides a breakdown of offered rooms and lodging facilities offered. A single room night price is required. List proposed lodging facilities with the hotel name and address. Taxes�do�not apply to military lodging in accordance with applicable tax law. Offeror must have current registration in SAM and address�FAR provision 52.204-24. Evaluation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lodging facility/facilities must meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifications. Lodging facility/facilities must pass Security Assessment.� Be compliant with FAR provision 52.204-24. Price. Offered Capacity.
