Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace a DME Tilt-Down Pole at Valley Island International Airport in Harlingen, TX. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit is scheduled for July 14th, 2021�at 1:00pm CST.�To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to�Stevie Tabb�at Stevie.CTR.Tabb@faa.gov no later than July 13, 2021 at 12:00pm CST. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to�Stevie Tabb�at Stevie.CTR.Tabb@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than July 20, 2021 at 1600 CST. Proposals are due no later than July 28, 2021 @ 1600 CST. Any proposal received after 1600 CST on July 28, 2021 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
