- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Title - Black Canyon and Crown Point Replacement Batteries Emmett, ID The Government has a requirement for two (2) microwave battery systems. Quotes are due on 07/23/2021, 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendors shall submit the following items in response to this solicitation: 1. Complete the Price Schedule listed in Section B of this document. 2. Submit the appropriate information requested under section E-1 52.212-1. 3. Unique Entity Identifier also known as the DUNS number. THE QUOTE SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS(ES): mnichols@usbr.gov dlong@usbr.gov No facsimile (FAX) quotes will be accepted. To receive an award, vendors must submit the completed provision 52.204-24 (E.5) if your Representation and Certifications in SAM were completed before October 2020. Vendor questions must be submitted and received e-mail no later than: 07/16/2021. Only email questions will be accepted to individuals listed above. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140R1021Q0036 and is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, dated 03/10/2021. This is a total small business set aside with the associated NAICS code of 335911, Storage Battery Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Delivery shall be FOB Destination no later than thirteen (13) weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to the following location: Black Canyon Dam 3999 E Black Canyon Hwy Emmett, Idaho 83617 Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition the addenda are listed in the provision section of this document. It is imperative to review this provision as it details what is required for quote submission. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is listed in the provision section of this document.
