Price Includes: o OPTIS Tableside Controller o OPTIS Mobile Installation Kit (connectivity for a single cath lab allowing angio co-registration functionality) o AptiVue Software: RFR, FFR, Physiology Pullback, OCT: automatic measurements (diameter, length, expansion, apposition), angiography co-registration with OCT image, cybersecurity features (Personally Identifiable Information Security) MOBILE UPGRADE KIT - OPTIS. INCLUDES: ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS TO UPGRADE AN ILUMIENT OPTIST SYSTEM TO AN OPTIST MOBILE SYSTEM. PRICE INCLUDES: OPTIST TABLESIDE CONTROLLER, OPTIST MOBILE INSTALLATION KIT (CONNECTIVITY FOR A SINGLE CATH LAB ALLOWING ANGIO CO- REGISTRATION FUNCTIONALITY), APTIVUE SOFTWARE: RFR, FFR, PHYSIOLOGY PULLBACK, OCT: AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENTS (DIAMETER, LENGTH, EXPANSION, APPOSITION), ANGIOGRAPHY CO-REGISTRATION WITH OCT IMAGE, CYBERSECURITY FEATURES (PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION SECURITY) THE RFR TECHNOLOGY ALLOWS MEASUREMENT OF CORONARY PHYSIOLOGY WITHOUT THE USE OF ADENOSINE INFUSION, WHICH SAVES TIME AND COSTS AND PROVIDES MORE ACCURATE RESOLUTION OF SERIAL LESIONS. THE OCT UPGRADE PROVIDES AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENTS AND ANGIOGRAPHIC CO-REGISTRATION TO MORE PRECISELY PLACE STENTS, AVOIDING THE NEED FOR EXTRA STENTS OR DANGEROUS POSITIONS OF STENTS. The Cardiology section of medical service is requesting Optical Tomography Laser Scanning Mobile (OCT). This is the only FDA approved software that allows us to measure severity of a blockage in the artery non-invasively without inserting a pressure wire into the blood vessel, thereby reducing the procedural risk for the patient. a.
