Description

Womack Armt Medical Center intends to solicit and award a No-Cost Blanket Purchase Agreement to Roche Diagnostic Corporation for the continues use of the Blood Glucose Testing Equipment (Roche AccuCheck Inform II).� The Blood Glucose Testing equipment is capable of other test result entries for Fecal Occult Blood, Urine hCG, Visual Urinalysis and Rapid Strep patient results. The contractor will provide all required meters with Bar Code Scanner, educational materials, literature and docking stations. Meter and docking station �replacement shall be provided at NO COST.�� Please see the attached full combined synopsis solicitaion and Justification and Approval documents. Please see Amendment W91YTZ21Q0144 0001 Which extends the solicitation closing date to 13 july 2021, 4:00pm EST.
