Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide maintenance and repair of Reusable Medical Equipment (RME), maintenance and repair of surgical case carts, and cleaning of Steam Sterilizers, located within the Orlando VA HealthCare System (OVAHCS). Reusable Medical Equipment is located at 4 VA Facilities: The Orlando VA Medical Center, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 Lake Baldwin VA Medical Center, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803 Viera VA Health Care Center, 2900 Veteran s Way, Viera FL, 32940 William V. Chappell Jr., VA Multispecialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 551 National Health Care Drive, Daytona Beach, FL, 32114 Selected Contractor shall perform all of the following tasks: Task 1: Autoclaves chamber cleaning: Dismantle and cleaning of rack, inspection of chamber and door, cleaning of exterior. Days of service: On-Location Viera VA 1x 3 months (on call) Days of service: On-Location William V. Chappell Jr. service to be called in when needed Days of service: On-Location Lake Baldwin VA/Orlando VA Medical Center 1x month Task 2: Case Cart Service: Align hinges and adjust doors, inspect, clean and lubricate casters, lubricate latches and hinges, re-weld latches and hinges, replace casters, install new door hinges and latches, weld shelf racks and bars, replace bumpers, and other task as needed. It is for planning/information purposes only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate. The primary purpose is to identify potential sources which are regularly established in the business of providing the required services. For the purpose of this anticipated acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00. A certificate or suitable documentation which confirms that technicians and qualified to perform maintenance and repair of Reusable Medical Equipment as described above. 8.
