Sources Sought 36C24921Q0417 **This is not a request for proposals, bids, or quotes. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received because of this announcement. ** The NAICS code is 334510 and has a size standard of 1250 employees. PSC is 6530. PURPOSE: This notice is purely to find capable contractors who can meet this requirement and assess whether a set-aside is warranted and the type of set-aside, if warranted. Also, Government would like to know if other brands of similar LKQ are available. Please don t get fixated on the exampled brand in this notice. REQUIREMENT: Lexington VA Healthcare System, Lexington, KY [Facility] seeks a UV-C disinfection solution beyond the standard fluid-based disinfection methods for large high-touch medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, IV-poles, radiology equipment, surgical equipment, and diagnostic equipment). Facility is currently looking at procuring like, kind, and quality (LKQ) of equipment of the following brand: UV-Concepts Inc. UVEnclosure Specific Details/Specs for the above can be found at: Automated No Touch UVC Enclosure | UVE | UV-Concepts (uvconcepts.com) Salient characteristics: Plug-in 110-115V / 50-60Hz, Single Phase Self-contained UV-C enclosure system with the size to handle a wheelchair-sized or larger object. Easy entry and placement of item requiring disinfection Visible output that displays proper completion of disinfection cycle Integrated UV-C light sources within modular structure Various safety features to ensure personnel are not subject to accidental UV-C light exposure Simple maintenance Services Required: Government seeks similar offerings of UV-Concepts Constellation Program. - Disinfection Supplement | Constellation Program | UV-Concepts (uvconcepts.com) RESPONSE REQUESTED: Please provide: Brochures for the above items and any optional accessories Pricelists, if available (2) Warranty Info (3) Delivery Details Government wants to know the standard delivery time for a product like this.
