Description

SOURCES SOUGHT The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability of qualified businesses to fulfill the requirement. This is a supply requirement to purchase Visian Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL) and Injectors for surgical procedures.� Contracting will process an unfunded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for funded calls within the ordering period. The ordering period for these supplies is expected to be 01 OCT 2021 through 30 SEP 2023. This sources sought is considered all or none.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339115 and the standard size business is 1000 employees.�� The solicitation number for this action will be W91YTZ21Q0190. Please see the attached document titled �A.03 Exhibit list� for the list of items required to support this requirement.� If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these supplies, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; as well as CAGE and DUNS Code.
