Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace an OSH LOM Pole located in Van Dyne, WI.� Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit date has not been scheduled, but will be released as a separate amendment to this solicitation.� All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Stevie Tabb at Stevie.CTR.Tabb@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than July 20, 2021 at 1500 ET. Proposals are due no later than July 30, 2021 @ 1600 CST. Any proposal received after 1600 CST on July 30, 2021 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
