- The scope of this order is to design, develop, and deliver three (3) new Computer Based Training (CBT) modules related to Transportation Incentive Program System (TIPS) and update three (3) existing training courses to change content. This is a completion, non- severable type order. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for additional details.
