- Solicitation Number / RFP 36C24421R0065 Ambulance Services for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis solicitation number is 36C24421R0065. It is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The government anticipates awarding one five-year firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 (03/10/2021) and can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information is at www.sam.gov. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC), located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 is seeking to award one five-year firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ambulance services to transport patients including physically or mentally handicapped individuals, aged and infirm persons, their attendants and personal belongings throughout the tristate area to include but not limited to: Southern New Jersey, the Greater Philadelphia area, Delaware, and other VA and approved non-VA facilities. The Contractor agrees to provide all required labor, material, equipment and supervision of contractor personnel for both emergent and non-emergent ACLS/ALS, and BLS ambulance services, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week (to include all federal holidays). The contractor must be capable of meeting all requirements in the Statement of Work. The CMCVAMC intends to award a contract for five years, with year one to begin on or about 09/20/2021 09/19/2022.
