This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issues. 2. The Solicitationis 21 21 431QWDAE6 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 Dated July 12, 2021. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333912, with Size Standard is 1000Employees.� Product Service Code: 4210. 5. The United States Coast Guard (USCG)� USCG SPECIAL MISSIONS TRAINING CENTER DIVE ocated at PANAMA CITY, FL 32407-5262 has a requirement for the following: Bauer Model DMT10-E3 four stage, air cooled, pressure lubrication high pressure compressor. �Compressor is for the Cold Water Ice Diving Course to provide a source of diver's breathing air. Diver's breathing air must be produced by approved air compressors whose air shall meet the US Navy diving Breathing Standards outlined by the US Navy Diving Manual, SS521-AG-PRO-010. The electric driven breathing air compressor approved for use on the USCG Dive Equipment List is necessary to produce this diver's breathing air during the annual Cold Water Ice Diving Course where the geographic location regularly experiences subfreezing ambient temperatures below the current operating parameters of the diesel driven air compressor. The electric driven air compressor serves as a safe and effective means to maintain continuous dive operations while functioning to produce diver's breathing air in an indoor facility such as the maintenance bay designated for such use at Camp Ripley where this critical life support equipment can remain warm and safeguarded from the outside elements. Description of Requirements: The U.S. Coast Guard is responsible for managing the training, education, and development of programs to meet the needs of its active duty, reserve, and civilian workforce.
