- Does your company meet the following criteria? A min of 3 years professional experience working with people with disabilities. Advance education / certification in Adaptive Functional Fitness. Must have knowledge and understanding of CrossFit adaptations and fitness training for people with disabilities. Expert level knowledge and experience related to accessibility and inclusion of adaptive fitness for individuals with disabilities. Expert level experience with planning, operating, and judging Adaptive Functional Fitness Competitions. (CrossFit) Expert level knowledge and experience providing both in person and virtual Functional Fitness Competitions. Expert level experience with providing face to face and online education and training in Adaptive Functional Fitness (CrossFit). If you answered no to the above, please specify which area(s) you cannot meet. Is your company capable of providing the objectives and deliverables as described in section 4 of the PWS? If you answered no to the above, please specify which deliverables you cannot provide and why. Is your company available to deliver and perform at any of the following locations and at the dates specified? 2021 Sheraton NY Times Square New York, NY Aug 6 15, 2021 for up to eight (8) consecutive days, including set up Aug 6, 2021 2022 Arizona State University - Tempe, AZ July 7 12, 2022 for up to eight (8) consecutive days, including set up 2023 Oregon Convention Center Portland, OR July 7 12, 2023 for up to eight (8) consecutive days, including set up Additional Questions: In addition to the above questions where responses are utilized to determine a businesses technical ability and relativity, the following questions are asked in order to utilize the responses to identify any potential small businesses with an emphasis on SDVOSBs and VOSBs within the open market place as encouraged by the VA.
