- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (Sources Sought) Learning Management System (LMS) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. �The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is conducting market research on Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM). This RFI is for information, market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources that may possess the technical capabilities, expertise, and experience to meet the requirements for an LMS. This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), a pre-solicitation synopsis, or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. No proprietary data should be submitted in response to this RFI. Any submissions will be considered to be public information. Responses will not be returned. Responders are advised that AFRL will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this request; all costs associated with responding to this request will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. �Attachment 1 � LMS Features� document contains a list of desired software capabilities and features which should be filled out and returned.� Include any additional information that would be considered pertinent to an LMS, if any exists.� For each listed requirement, indicate the support level for the requirement as well as if it is implemented as part of the core product, a partner product, or a 3rd party plugin. Any responding firm should submit responses to this RFI with Attachment 1 - LMS Features and include descriptive literature and product information on the LMS supported by the responding firm.
