Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C252-21-B-0024 Project: Repair Bulk Oxygen Alarm Project Number: 676-21-202 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project 676-21-202 for the Repair Bulk Oxygen Alarm. This Pre-Solicitation Notice is NOT a request for submittals of any kind. The information provided is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal. This construction project Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. www.vip.gov The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Repair Bulk Oxygen Alarm at 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah, WI 54660. The building must maintain continuous operations and thus will require phased construction. The project magnitude price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 with a size standard $16.5 million applies. The project duration is scheduled for a period of performance of 45 days following Notice to Proceed issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to beta.SAM.gov (https://www.beta.Sam.gov/) on or about July 12, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for August 11, 2021. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
