Description: Contractor to provide a full range of A-E services for engineering design support of the Admiral Baker South Golf Course, which may include, but is not limited to engineering, design, and construction management services. This is a phased project. Phase One: Contractor to develope design documents and IGE (Independent Government Estimate). Phase Two: Construciton of the Admiral Baker South Golf Course Renovation following the design developed in Phase One.
