- The purpose of this statement of work is to fulfill the following requirements: Drinking water quality requirements in 40 CFR Part 141; 310 Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR); AFI 48-144, Safe Drinking Water Surveillance Program. Environmental Health sample collection cited in section 5.3 of AFMAN 48-146, Occupational & Environmental Health Program Management. Lead reduction efforts in schools and school age programs required in MASSDEP�s LCCA program. Testing drinking water prior to returning water mains to full service. Bioenvironmental Engineering will oversee contracted operators.
