- Video Surveillance System (VSS) Installation�in�Juneau Federal Building Request for Quotation (RFQ)�70RFPW21QWA000005 Amendment No. 0001 extends the due date for receipt of quotations to June 29, 2021. See Amendment No. 0001 attached on 6/17/2021.� Amendment No. 0002�extends the due date for receipt of quotations to July�16, 2021. See Amendment No. 0002�attached on 6/25/2021.� Amendment No. 0003�provides�a copy of the Site Visit Sign-in Sheet, revised RFQ Sections to include the SOW, and posted responses to Questions and Answers.� See Amendment No. 0003 attached on 7/9/2021. Amendment No. 0004 provides the latest wage determination revision.� See Amendment No. 0004 attached on 7/12/2021.�� Amendment No. 0005�extends the due date for receipt of quotations to JULY 26, 2021. See Amendment No. 0005�attached on 7/13/2021.� The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a contractor to purchase and install a new stand-alone network video management system for a fully functional Installation of Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Juneau Federal Building in Juneau, Alaska 99801. Contractor shall perform VSS component installation as noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit will be scheduled. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. Services shall be provided via a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 million. The source selection process for this acquisition is best value trade-off. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 90 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in SAM.
