Description
Non-Personal Newborn Screen Testing Services (Neonatal Testing) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Full and open competition Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) The projected period of performance is 1 September 2021 � 31 August 2022 All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award. �Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Non-Personal Services.� The contractor shall provide neo-natal screen testing for Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) hospital and clinics in Germany.� Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). �The non-personal services to be rendered under this contract shall consist of the delivery of specimen collection cards and the performance, recording, and reporting of clinical laboratory analysis results on neo-natal blood specimens for the identification of certain congenital metabolic and hematological conditions for which timely intervention can reduce or eliminate morbidity and mortality.
