- If you have any issues with getting the attachments, send me and email and I will send them to you in 4� separate emails to keep the sizing down.� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AT THE NASHVILLE WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE (WFO) 500 WEATHER STATION ROAD, JULIET (OLD HICKORY), TN� 37122-1145 BRAND REQUIREMENT: �Liebert Only - Exterior condensing units have been replaced. Interior units are required to match the condensing units to ensure smooth operations and without voiding any existing warranties.� Liebert units could be tied into Building Automation System (BAS) with no requirement to reprogram system.� (I)����������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)��������� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWP92012100188SRG. (III)������� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 (JULY 2021) (DEVIATION 2020-11) (SEP 2017). (IV)�������� This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 333415.� The small business size standard is 1250 employees. (V)��������� This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: CLIN 0001 Purchase and replacement of Key West WFO Computer Room Air Conditioning Units and other HVAC components for the interior located at the National Weather Service, 1315 White Street, Key West, FL 33040-4853 TASK #1 (Base): Replace Liebert inside units servicing the computer room.
